Mental performance + personal training

Where it started
Before matches, I was always really nervous. What made matters worse was if I hit a rough patch, I'd stay stuck going over the last few faults instead of moving forward and getting mentally and physically ready for the next point.
What finally helped was simple: stay present, feel the grip of the racquet, and come back to the ball in front of me. That small habit changed how I competed, and now I help athletes find the reset that works for them.

Getting started
Tell me your sport and where you feel stuck. We'll see if it's a good fit.
We walk through a recent game: what you were thinking and feeling, and where it started to slip. You leave with one thing to try at your next practice.
If we keep going, we build routines you practice until they hold up in a game.

Training the skills behind how you compete: confidence, focus, handling pressure and bouncing back.
No. This is performance coaching, focused on skills like confidence, focus and handling pressure. If something bigger comes up, I'll help you find a licensed professional.
